- 01. Can I order one piece?
- Yes. Individual orders are welcome; a purchased piece is a finished product, not a free sample.
- 02. Do you accept wholesale orders?
- Yes. Wholesale quantity and MOQ are discussed according to design, volume, destination and packaging.
- 03. Can dimensions or wood be changed?
- Yes, after reviewing feasibility, suitable wood availability, packing and transport.
- 04. Can you work from my design?
- Yes. Send a drawing, image or reference, or ask us to develop a design.
- 05. Are the pieces food-safe and washable?
- Current pieces use a food-safe plant-based oil finish, have a water-resistant surface and can be hand-washed. Dry after washing.
- 06. How long does production take?
- It depends on design, dimensions, quantity and customization, and is confirmed with the quote.
- 07. Can I request a sample?
- For eligible higher-volume orders, a sample may be discussed. Conditions are confirmed case by case.
- 08. How are orders packed and shipped?
- Packaging and dispatch are planned according to product, quantity and destination.
